03/Etch Strategies Identity System
The sentiment expressed by the client was that they wanted to set themselves apart from the competition with a look that was fresh, vibrant, and individualistic. They wanted to have their own look, so that Etch can say they have the ability to think differently from the rooted, conservative competition. The identity system involved business card, stationary, correspondence cards, presentation folders, and website design and production. Each illustration was originally a handcut etching then translated and colored digitally.

The business cards, as well as every other identity piece used multiple different illustrations to add variety and color to the overall look. The illustrations are details of illustrations used in other identity pieces.

The website showcases seven different illustrations, adding a hint of personality to each page.

The correspondence cards were also designed to be a part of a set of six, similar to the business cards and presentation folders.
